Shipment
All molds will be shipped with user manual book, electrodes, mold design prints, a CD with 2D and 3D mold designs. A cooling diagram, process reports and mold operation sequence diagram will be included in the User Manual. All the design for customers' mold will be kept in record for 2 years after mold shipment,so that our customer can get them back if customers lost any data or informations for mold maintenance or repairing. Also, if the molds have any problems after reaching you, we always will stand on our customers side, help our customer to solve the problems in time without any delay.
